Help us check a correction.

Include the address of the page, the exact detail that appears incorrect and a link to current official information. For a room issue, include the hotel and named room type. A source conflict is useful to report even when it does not have a clear answer.

We review the supporting source before changing a fact. Confirmed changes are applied to the shared room record and relevant pages. A check date records source review, not a guarantee about live availability.

Booking questions.

Hotels and booking providers handle reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds and special requests. Contact the provider shown on your confirmation. This editorial site cannot access or change your booking.

What to leave out.

Do not send a child’s name, date of birth, passport, payment details, reservation number or account credentials. A public source link and the disputed wording are enough for a correction request. See our privacy information for message handling.
